If your issue qualifies, we will.
Your leather should last a lifetime, and get better on the way. That is why we would rather fix the bag you already have than sell you a new one.

A bag that comes apart is on us. A bag that looks like it has been somewhere doing what it's supposed to do, isn't.

Our lifetime guarantee covers these issues.

Stitching that comes apart
A seam opening up on its own, anywhere on the bag.

A zipper that fails
Teeth that separate, a pull that snaps, a slider that stops closing.

Hardware that breaks
A clasp, a D-ring or a strap hook that gives way.

A strap that pulls away
Where a handle or strap meets the body of the bag.

Leather splitting at a seam
Leather failing where it was cut or joined.

A snap that stops holding
A magnet or snap that no longer closes.

Scratches and scuffs
Everyday marks. Our leather is dyed through, so these settle in.

Stains and spills
Oil, cosmetics, ink, anything that leaked inside the bag.

Dye transfer from denim
Dark denim onto lighter leather, usually worn crossbody.

Water and heat damage
A wet bag dried on a radiator, or left in a hot car.

Softening and slouching
The leather relaxing with use. That one is the idea.

Carrying far more than the product was built to hold.
